Hi I'm David Tejeda owner of Worldbridger Wellness. As a Holistic Health Coach since 2012, I've helped people adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing world while maintaining a healthy balance. I offer Holistic Health Coaching which helps people with nutrition & lifestyle programs, manage stress and gives people fun new things to try to up-level areas of life and wellness that need more support. I have specialty programs offered online where we meet once every two weeks to shift things in a positive direction and make those changes last. I have training in helping people in 12 major life areas that I help each client keep in balance. Coaching is about discovery and finding what works for you and learning to understand the signals your body is telling you. We can look at these areas of your life together and your satisfaction in each and if something is throwing off your balance I have some things for you try to get that balance back so you can open up new levels of energy and happiness and overall life satisfaction.
