Worldview Impact Foundation

Worldview Impact Foundation is a nonprofit international organisation working on mitigating climate change by creating sustainable livelihoods for the poor while reducing poverty to improve living conditions in the developing world. Its objective is to create an enabling environment for local people to actively participate in an array of climate change mitigation and adaptation projects such as carbon sequestration through reforestation and afforestation projects using organic and muti-cropping methods for planting rubber trees and food crops. Worldview Impact Foundation uses all forms of media and communication tools to: 1. Promote and support the implementation of the Millennium Development Goals of the United Nations. Provide capacity building and training for young people in the developing countries for employment generation. Generate awareness and support initiatives that addresses the health implications of global climate change. Create awareness and provide support to initiatives that addresses the nexus of poverty and environment. Provide a forum for young social entrepreneurs in the developing world to connect with their peers in the developed world.
