Worthe Phillips Development, ltd is a full service strategic advisory group that works with non-profits and community service organizations to develop and implement fundraising planning, strategic plans, grant writing, and program design, as well as, community stakeholder engagement. Over the past decade, the staff of Worthe Phillips has worked with dozens of non-profit organizations and community groups in a variety of capacities. In 2011, Worthe Phillips Development, Ltd. was created to provide these services to non-profits and community organizations. Our belief is that the core, of every non-profit or community organization, is a group of committed individuals who want to make an impact in the area that they serve.
