Following a career in professional services including KPMG and PwC, Jeremy Worthington founded Worthington & Associates to provide business advisory and R&D Tax advice with a personal approach. Jeremy specialises in process efficiency and profitability to deliver measurable improvements that address the challenges businesses face today. Having worked with both small and large businesses in the UK, Europe, Japan, China and Australia, Jeremy brings a wealth of experience to every engagement. His 17 years in the automotive industry in Europe and Japan combined with Big 4 training gives him the edge in understanding project work quickly, making clear eligibility assessments and preparing robust deliverables. Jeremy has delivered R&D Tax Incentive services and facilitated over 400 applications since the new scheme was launched in 2012. Worthington & Associates was awarded the 2025 Mornington Peninsula Business Excellence Award for Community Connection.
