Water Quality & Treatment Solutions, Inc.(WQTS) joined water management firm Hazen and Sawyer in January 2026. We are excited to continue providing exceptional services now with expanded resources. Since its founding in the company’s mission has been to provide clients with innovative and cost-effective solutions to address their water quality and treatment challenges. Our work spans desktop analysis as well as bench-scale, pilot-scale, and full-scale testing of water treatment technologies. Our Los Angeles facility includes an experimental laboratory where we conduct our testing. This includes the evaluation of coagulants using standard jar testing as well as studies of advanced technologies such as ozone application for chemical destruction, adsorption of organic chemicals, ion exchange for the removal of inorganics, specialty areas such as distribution system water quality, corrosion studies, and water chemistry investigations, and much more. Within our fabrication facility we construct, assemble, and house pilot-scale water treatment units, including coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation processes, as well as media filters, media absorbers, ozone contactors, and others. As part of Hazen, the WQTS team will help deliver these innovative, forward-thinking services and solutions to address the needs of clients coast to coast and around the globe.
