Wrapped In Colors

Together with the University of Valencia, Spain (dpt. of Creativity and Educational Innovation) we run the EU ERASMUS+ Small Scale project “Colors of Life Journal” in schools in Denmark and Spain. The aim of this project is to test and evidence base our material as also being beneficial as school material for better well-being for children and teens in school environment. We invite children and teenagers to take small steps inpard wit The Color of Life Guided Journal and Meditationstories to tap info their emotions, practice mindfulness, learn about their innate strengths and get into a habit of journaling. Our mission is: 1. To inspire children and teenagers to establish a habit of keeping a journal for well-being. To arouse children and teens’ interest in using colors as a tool to accept and regulate emotions for increased inner well-being 3. To sharpen the senses of children and teens with small daily breaks for head, body and mind with meditation stories.
