We are here to rekindle relationships. In this hyper-connected world, society has become more disconnected than ever. Although advances in technology have allowed for the freeflow of information, ideas, and messages, this comes at the expense of our relationships. More and more, corporate marketing and business communication have grown increasingly impersonal; automated email campaigns and vast customer database have eroded away the established notions of personal dealings. While this relentless emphasis on efficiency has caused many companies to overlook traditional values that underlie strong relationships, we believe there still exists a place for gratitude, thoughtfulness, and authenticity.
