Write2matter

Relationships that are interrupted by the incarceration of a loved one can be nurtured through the written word. Write2Matter line of greeting cards acknowledges the circumstances of over two million people in the United Stated. Illustrations of nature appear on the outside of Write2Matter greeting cards reflecting the beauty this world has to offer to everyone. We also seek artwork submissions by formerly incarcerated individuals. Selected pieces are purchased from the artist thereby becoming one source of income for individuals who are trying to reestablish their lives. Write2Matter is also committed to hosting events in the community and schools to help understand and grapple with the complexities of mass incarceration. Write2Matter is also committed to donation to various nonprofit organizations whose purpose is to build and strengthen individuals, families and communities.
