Mark draws on narrative (locating plot, characters, suspense) and vivid and concrete language to help you tell your story better. His core skills include: communications strategy and messaging, writing, listening, project management, and a keen design sense. With a responsive approach informed by rhetorical principles, Mark begins projects by considering the immediate and long-term goals, the target audience, the communicative situation, and the persuasive possibilities. With extensive teaching experience, Mark is able to help organizations and individuals with discrete projects and to build their own writing and communication skills.
