WSB & Company is a family investment office backed by Ed Weisiger, the owner and CEO of Carolina Tractor, a third generation family business based in Charlotte, NC. WSB & Company seeks to make investments in family, individual, and entrepreneur-owned businesses and partner with their management teams to drive long-term growth. We do not manage the day-to-day operations of our investments. Rather, we work closely with management teams, providing additional resources needed for growth. WSB seeks to invest $2 to $20 million per transaction in companies with significant growth potential. Our small team and one-person investor base provides significant flexibility in the types and sizes of transactions we can complete. Our focus is on partnership and we believe that a partner-driven culture ultimately leads to strong growth and long-term, mutual gain.
