Wsu Tree Fruit Extension

The Washington tree fruit industry ranks first in the nation for production of apples, pears and sweet cherries. Approximately one third of production is exported. The focus of the WSU Tree Fruit Team is to provide comprehensive, unbiased, research-based information for the Washington tree fruit industry, primarily focused on the commercial production of apple, pear and sweet cherry, to both educate and aid management decisions.
