WTW Solutions Group, a recruiting solutions company, was established in March 2013 as an avenue to extend our recruiting efforts to the Transportation & Logistics industry as a whole. WTW provides directional advisement to both clients and prospects and applies traditional (old school) and non-traditional (evolved) recruiting efforts. Over the course of the last eight years, having fostered incredible relationships in several different industries, most importantly the Logistics & Transportation arena, WTW's team has been dedicated to providing the best possible solutions as they relate to growth, prosperity and quality of life enhancements for those we partner with- companies seeking to add the right individual(s) to their teams as well as professionals seeking to continue building and refining their 'personal brand' in order to best leverage themselves long term with the right company/platform. We specialize in targeting freight brokerage sales and operations professionals from the various industry models that exist today.
