Wwu Racing

We are a student-led engineering team at Western Washington University (WWU) that designs, manufactures, and tests an open-wheel electric race car. Supported by a diverse network of sponsors, the team offers students hands-on opportunities to apply their knowledge to ‘real-world’ engineering challenges while competing against other universities. The team develops and brings a vehicle to Michigan, participating in design, cost, presentation, acceleration, skidpad, autocross, endurance, and economy events that test every aspect of the team and car.
