X-Raid Gmbh

X-raid is a private motorsport team specializing in cross country rallying, delivering success in national and international series and championships for multiple car brands and customers for almost 20 years. The company is based in Trebur, near Frankfurt am Main (GER). Racing cars for the Dakar Rally, the Silk Way Rally, several other cross-country rally events worldwide, as well as the FIA World Cup for Cross Country Rallies have been developed, built and managed there since 2002. Six victories at the Dakar Rally and countless successes at cross-country rallies all over the world, speak for the passion and team spirit that all of us have. But X-raid is more than just a motorsport team: vehicles such as the BMW X3 CC, the MINI ALL4 Racing or the MINI John Cooper Works Rally were developed by us in cooperation with our long-term partners and built at our headquarters. In 2017 X-raid entered a new era. After 15 years of focusing on the development of all-wheel drive vehicles, the new MINI John Cooper Works Buggy was the first self-developed and constructed two-wheel drive vehicle which entered the Dakar Rally in 2018, and has since won back to back Dakar's in 2020 with Carlos Sainz and 2021 with Stephane Peterhansel. In addition to developing and assembling the racing cars, we also provide them to use at cross-country events worldwide. Interested customers have the possibility to buy or rent our vehicles. We prepare the cars in our workshop and organize the entire logistics and management. Our mechanics and engineers take care of the preparation, service and repairing of the cars during the events. Cross-country rallies take place all over the world, which why logistics are a very large and extremely important part of X-raid. The transportation of the equipment by our service truck within Europe or by ship or air freight to other countries is organized by and one of the daily challenges of our team. In 2019 alone, we competed in 14 races in 12 countries!
