Israeli based x2one was founded in 2015 by Shmaya Reichman and Yehoshua Teichman, both having vast experience delivering VoIP PBX services to the business sector. Funded by private investors, x2one is recruiting partners around the world to deliver its services on landline and mobile platforms. The average person is monitoring communication streams for a minimum of 4 hours daily (WhatsApp, voice call, SMS, social media) and is being constantly distracted from his daily obligations. On a corporate level, this results in low quality customer service and lack of achievement. Flow removes the constant phone glancing, by smartly routing, retaining and delivering voice calls and messages to the right person at the right time. The preconfigured rules are conditioned based on dynamic personal and corporate data such as time, location, contacts, calendar, CRM, ERP and billing systems.
