Working with over 2,500 sources we have created one of the industry’s complete list of available companies to be acquired either as portfolio companies or add-ons. We focus on deals with $500k -$50m in EBITDA. Deal flow is updated daily. Our approach helped us save hundreds of hours on searching, identifying and organizing deals. Recently we decided to share our solution with everyone in the industry. X5 Deals weekly deal flow newsletter is $250/m and it goes out 4 times a month. We have no contract, so the subscription is a month to month based. We never ask for referral or transaction fees. On average we add 60-80 new deals every week. We are working to grow our deal coverage from 2,844 to active listings and expand geographically by the end of 2017. Deal flow EBITDA/CF statistics based on 2,844 deals:$500k -$1m: 43%/$1m -$2m: 36%/$2m -$4m: 15%/$4m and above: 6%. X5 Deals also provides valuation multiples. The multiples are based on EBITDA or Cash Flow to deal size. Every report gives you a snapshot of trending multiples in each industry and geographical region.
