XENA LLC offers two powerful utilities for Primavera users- XENA XER Utility - XENA Administrator The XENA XER Utility allows users to review / modify the contents of a Primavera XER file to match the codes in their production database BEFORE importing the XER projects. This utility simplifies data migration efforts AND the transfer of project information between companies (Contractor / Subcontractor). The XENA ADMINISTRATOR is targeted towards the Enterprise Primavera Administrator. It continuously monitors an organization's approved Primavera configuration and notifies administrators when changes have been made. It's many capabilities include- merging duplicate codes - auditing configuration changes - allocating Primavera licenses by department - monitoring license usage over time - managing user sessions and user-specific information Going forward, XENA LLC is committed to maintain and enhance this product.
