XenatiX (a division of Metrocare Services) was born to fulfill a need for a robust and integrated series of products that when integrated into one modular platform will address a need for a holistic broad spectrum behavioral health and primary care Electronic Health Record. Metrocare Services conducted an exhaustive search for a replacement EHR that would provide a broad spectrum capability in the areas of Mental Health, including specialty program functionality such as Early Childhood Intervention, Intellectual and Developmental Disability, Substance Abuse and others, as well as a full suite of Primary Care capabilities that would satisfy Metrocare' s growing integrated Primary Care business model. The solution should also have the ability to securely exchange information with a variety of external care providers irrespective of location (Judicial, School System, Community providers or State systems) with an objective of providing caregivers access to all the information they need, when they need it, irrespective of where that care is given. Our sole purpose is to complete our product design and deliver this capability to all Texas based mental health agencies. As a commitment to this vision, Metrocare formed XenatiX (sp zenaticks) a software development company (based in Irving, TX), that will design its product line to meet business requirements of its customers by partnering with them to include their best practices in the design of the product line, including Texas State requirements, and have the sole purpose of supporting ongoing timely adjustments to those requirements on behalf of Texas customers. Tarrant County, Harris County and Metrocare are among the initial customers of the products capable suite of functions, and XenatiX will be charged to provide its solution to these and other agencies needing this comprehensive solution in the near future - Follow us and see us soar!
