Xenial Consulting was established by Natasha and Tiggs in 2022 with a focus on simplifying the recruitment process and prioritising filling the needs of our clients and candidates over industry standard KPI’s and corporate red tape. We have worked as a partnership in multiple different operations including corporate, boutique and start-up and felt the time was right to go at it alone.
