XenoTherapeutics is on a mission to move regenerative medicine beyond its reliance on deceased human donors. For decades, tissue banks have saved lives by recovering and processing cadaver tissue. That work remains essential. But it is limited by supply, variability, and the reality that access depends on tragedy. We believe we can do better. XenoTherapeutics is building the first xenotransplant tissue bank, changing the donor source for regenerative medicine from deceased humans to purpose-bred, genetically engineered animals. Our goal is to create a reliable, scalable, and clinically ready supply of lifesaving tissues that does not depend on human loss. Our first product is realSKIN, a viable porcine skin xenotransplant derived from genetically engineered, alpha-Gal free pigs. realSKIN is designed to function as living dermal tissue for severe burns. It provides immediate, biologically active wound coverage that integrates and persists, supporting partial wound healing and facilitating surgical wound closure where donor tissue is scarce. Skin is our starting point because the need is urgent and the path is defined. Our broader vision is a platform approach. Once xenotransplant supply is established for one tissue, it unlocks the potential to provide multiple tissue types through a continuous and predictable system of care. At XenoTherapeutics, we combine biologics development, dual-path regulatory strategy across CBER and CVM, scalable supply chain infrastructure through an integrated xenotransplant tissue bank, and clinical trial execution under Orphan and RMAT pathways. We partner with burn centers, trauma networks, public health agencies, and mission-aligned investors to bring this work to patients now. We believe the future of regenerative medicine is defined by readiness, not tragedy.
