XILLI is a collection of thoroughly-researched, authentic and artisanal Mexican Salsas, Moles, Escabeches and Adobos, founded in Brooklyn, honoring Mexico’s true culinary heritage and traditions. Our goal is to re-invent and re-define the taste of an Abuela’s cooking through research and we aim to be the only Mexican products to honor its flavors on a world stage. Part of our inspiration was to offset the misrepresentation of Mexican traditions which have led to a misunderstanding of Mexican cuisine. We hope to change this by making our products in a conscientious, careful, dedicated and artisanal way; never compromising on the craft and attention to detail, setting new standards for quality and taste.
