Our mission is to scale critical climate technologies in the highest impact geographies in the Global South — where decarbonization is urgent, underserved, and globally consequential India + Southeast Asia is a $7 Tr market with some of the fastest growing economies in the world. The nations have high vulnerability to climate change. But their preparedness is hampered by lack of access to climate tech innovations. At the same time, Europe is a world leader in climate tech innovation, with the largest number of climate tech startups. But these startups are struggling to scale due to: A shortage of growth capital and structurally low growth home markets A pullback of in climate investment in the US, their preferred go-to market for scaling This global imbalance — tech-rich but capital-constrained Europe, and a capital rich and fast growing India+SEA region hungry for climate innovations — is the opportunity.
