Established in early 2013, XOR Group is lead by principle consultant Rob Felix. Throughout an extensive career spanning both the private and public sectors and with more than twenty years in senior human resources roles, Rob has developed considerable expertise in delivering high value, high impact solutions to meet various business challenges. Rob is now applying his passion, expertise and knowledge to improve business performance through people working as a consultant and coach with CEO’s, Managing Directors and senior executive teams in publicly listed and private corporations across a wide spectrum of business sectors. Rob’s professional experience is enhanced by his MBA qualification and cultural awareness gained from two overseas assignments working off shore where he was based in Hong Kong and more recently in New York.
