Xp360 Strength & Conditioning

XP360 is a community of like-minded individuals who want to experience fun, exciting exercises that challenge them to take their fitness to new levels. XP360 incorporates functional movements, Olympic lifting and boxing skills to test your strength, cardiovascular level, balance and mental toughness. Our coaches will encourage you, motivate you, and inspire you to push past and overcome obstacles. No matter what your fitness level is, whether you're working out for the first time or you've been active for months or years, XP360 will modify the exercises to meet your needs. We are here to help you make a change in your health and lifestyle and prove to you that everyone is an athlete. XP360 Strength & Conditioning offers a variety of training options ranging from private to group training. We are a proud member of USA Boxing and offer a technical boxing program for those interested in learning the fundamentals and technique or who would one day like to compete in the sport.
