Initially from 1998 to 2003, our firm was performing in the fields of communication design and branding. Then through 2003 – 2005 we expanded the scope of provided services to include consulting tasks in business development affairs, and 2006 our scope expanded to include management consulting. In 2011, we added to the above mentioned services a new business line: Training and Knowledge Management. This was due to the fact that the growing globalization, intensified competition, unprecedented and rapid advance in technology was and still is profoundly influencing the entire business environment worldwide. By incorporating our knowledge and experience, XPERT consultants have formed a solid platform delivering high impact business solutions in strategic planning, change management, business development, institutional capacity building, feasibility studies, marketing communications, and IT Intelligence. To address those and other challenges facing professionals working in today’s knowledge based environment, XPERT started providing (in corporation with regional partners especially the American University of Beirut -AUB) a unique form of distinctive training and custom made education for professionals pursuing recent related achievements.
