Our professional experience includes: Compliance and Quality based Interaction recording, Voice of the customer analysis, Customer feedback, and Customer journey. What we do best, is helping enterprises to better connect with vendors, to improve overall systems stability and scalability within existing deployments, reduce overall expenses (in the form of maintenance prevention and licenses usage analysis), better prepare for future expansions (RFP and Vendor selection), and Audit preparation. We do that, by carefully studying the customer’s environment (Business & IT), identifying areas of improvement and challenging vendors on improvements within existing deployment where possible.
