XploreAgile's professional goal is to support, manage, and realize value for all stakeholders in both the cyber and physical environments through the seamless integration of necessary change. Agile has been my chosen path to achieve this goal. Agility is essentially empiricism, an 'inspect and adapt' approach with the 'manipulation of value' as its core. Value can be measured in many ways, and in my experience, the most effective way to govern value is through time. By leveraging the power of agility, we can ensure that stakeholders receive the maximum value in the shortest amount of time. The effectiveness of 'Business Needs' is greatly impacted by the passage of time, the rate of adoption, and the value it brings. Everything experiences degradation and thus requires change, so as a Coach, Consultant, and Trainer, my role is to manage that change by exposing and enabling the skills that ensure maximum value at that time while representing the needs of the dependents and achieving success through the exposition of existing knowledge, through conversation and the systematic facilitation of lessons learned. Our Mission To reintroduce Agility, DevOps, Flow & Lean as Business partners in answering the questions of Why, What and If. Our only plan is to continue doing what we love while continually broadening our skills through enhanced qualifications and experience. We also remain committed to making our contribution to HMRC – after all, someone has to ensure those bankers’ bonuses are paid!
