Investment philosophy We generally look for fast growing business in need of equity financing with Enterprise Valuations less than INR Cr and positive EBITDA. Our target founders seek to maximise shareholder value and are equally excited about M&A or IPO at fair values. While we typically invest between INR 75-120 Cr in each investment, we can invest a larger amount (>INR 250 Cr) in select situations.
