XPS Pensions Group is a leading independent pension consulting and administration business focussed on UK pension schemes. XPS combines expertise, insight and technology to address the needs of over 1,500 pension schemes and their sponsoring employers on an ongoing and project basis. We undertake pensions administration for over one million members and provide advisory services to schemes and corporate sponsors in respect of schemes of all sizes, including 81 with assets over £1bn. In 2023 XPS was awarded Third-Party Administrator of the Year and Fiduciary Evaluator of the Year at the UK Pensions Awards. In 2022 XPS was awarded Actuarial/Pensions Consultancy of the Year, Investment Consultancy of the Year and Third-Party Administrator of the Year. This was the first time any business has won all three categories outright in a single year. XPS Pensions Group has been awarded Third-Party Administrator of the Year in four of the past five years, Actuarial/Pensions Consultancy in three of the last five years and Investment Consultancy of the Year in two of the past three years at the UK Pension Awards.
