My current responsibilities are: • Ensuring HNWI and PHI client delight through dedicated relationship management • Ensuring client requirement are captured, and communicated flawlessly • 360 degree coordination with all entities, authorities, and delivery partners to ensure seamless delivery of all requisitions and requirements • Responsible for preliminary screening, background checks, and fitness for service evaluation of all personnel, equipment, systems, and contracted resources • Developing regional networks and channel partners • Responsible to compiling and analyzing client feedback and vendor evaluation data • Single point of contact, gateway, and gate keeper for all client interactions • Responsible for ensuring customer delight by understanding perfectly, planning meticulously, steering relentlessly, to deliver flawlessly
