We are a design studio specializing in smart, space-efficient solutions for urban living. Founded by architects Rony Avitzour and Ofer Rossmann—both raised in spacious suburban homes but later captivated by the vibrancy and efficiency of city life—we set out to redefine what compact can be. We create bespoke designs optimized for mass production at competitive prices, enabling developers to deliver higher-quality architectural products to a wider market. Our work spans from comprehensive consulting to the detailed design of apartments, houses, and public spaces, with a focus on functional planning, custom furniture, and making every square meter count without sacrificing comfort or aesthetics.
