Xseed Lead

Xseed Lead is a leadership and capacity development company. We provide coaching, mentoring, training, facilitation and consultancy services. We help individuals and organisations identify their areas for growth and develop approaches to support real change. Collaboration and relationships underpin our approach, as we recognise our clients as people, and that success lies in integrating the internal and external environment to leverage opportunities. We take a respectful and inclusive approach to all engagements. The focus is always to build on the strengths of current systems to achieve change that is supported and sustainable into the long term. We work in Australia and the wider Pacific, especially in PNG. In aid development we assist Governments and donors in the design, establishment, and closure of programs. Technical advice is also provided in public sector reform, capacity strengthening, and professional development pathways for individuals or organisations, including leadership development. Finally, through its training site Xseed Lead also provides a range of online products and courses to support the professional development of individuals.
