We are a Swiss Company that provides products and services for Process Optimisation, Lean Management, Supply Chain Management and ERP Parameters Configuration. Our main concern is to develop specific solutions for our customers in the respect of their culture, their knowledge and their resources. We intervene as coaches, experts, teachers as well as interim managers. Our staff is composed mainly of PhD graduates and senior managers with many years of experience in swiss and international companies of all sizes. One of our main internal objective is to train young engineers of all the areas in the world in order to help companies to implement adapted organisational technologies in the respect of human being. Our customers come from industry, with a special focus on horlogery, services and healthcare companies.
