Founded in 2007, XV Finance is an independent Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions advisory firm, providing services to companies, their top managers and shareholders- Mergers & Acquisitions - XV Finance performs the structuring, origination and execution of M&A transactions in Europe and Asia including takeovers, buy-side or sell-side assignments, transmissions, divestitures or spin-offs, etc- Equity Capital Markets – XV Finance structures and executes public or private fund raisings, LBOs, OBOs, MBOs, IPOs, Public-to-Private transactions, reverse takeovers, etc- Optimization – For corporations (especially multinationals), XV Finance designs and delivers insurance based solutions which enable our clients to manage and pool risks originating from their worldwide activities and to secure and optimize intra-group cash flows over the time. Through XV Courtage (XV Finance’s insurance brokerage sister company), these solutions, which were only made available to large MNCs, are now accessible to mid-size companies- Vertical approach - XV Finance launched an initiative to accelerate the development of French companies in the strategic security and defense sector. Our aim is to support SMEs/mid-caps that play a key role for French and European sovereignty. Being part of a French sector of excellence, these companies have strong organic growth potential both in France and abroad.
