As our company’s principal, we personally manage our sales efforts and you will receive frequent reports from us on how many calls, emails and showings that there have been, as well as any offers made. Additionally, we will also send you updated reports as the market is constantly changing regarding other vessels that have sold recently that are similar so that you may better judge current market conditions.
