For over 20 years she has been assisting clients in managing negotiation relationship dynamics, to improve their business performance through more effective negotiations. For over two decades Ms. Chayu has served in senior procurement positions within leading multinational technology companies. With her extensive and solid experience in managing high-level international negotiation processes, she leads her clients successfully through negotiations with suppliers, customers, and business partners, across sectors, geographies, and cultures. Yael teaches courses on complex business negotiation to graduate managers and students at various academic and professional institutions, such as Israeli The College of Management, the IDC (Global MBA), and Beijing University. She holds a Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Bar Ilan University, and a member of IACM, the International Association of Conflict Management.
