LDL is not any regular digital library, where either internet is provided or book maintenance software is installing. LDL is a true Digital Library, where all digital data stored (3.5 TB of digital resources - Books, Videos, Wikimedia Projects, etc. under CC License) and served locally. This eliminates the Internet cost. Unlike other Digital Libraries, LDL is very much cost effective and cheap.
