Yakhini Research Group
We are an academic research group with members in the Computer Science Faculty at the Technion, Haifa and in the School of Computer Science in RUNI, Herzliya. We collaborate with other research institutes, groups and labs, in industry, public sector and academia, to work on exciting and potentially impactful projects. Some of our main interests are- Statistics and learning with applications in genomics and molecular biology - Statistics and learning - methodology and tool development - DNA as data/information storage and labeling/signature media - CRISPR off target activity measurement - Stable statistics - Spatial genomics Our group members typically come from strong computer science or statistics backgrounds.
