The company is focusing on structuring fats that emulate butterfat for applications in plant-based dairy and confectionery markets, and nutritional lipids that is bio-identical to human breast milk fats. Our planet is overwhelmed by 7 billion people, 25 billion chickens, 980 million cows, 680 million pigs, to name a few. Concentrated animal farming caused devastating deforestation and natural resource challenges.
