Mediterranean Cuisine Operating Company, LLC operates over 40 Daphne’s California Greek restaurants throughout California and seven Yalla Mediterranean's, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant offering fresh and healthy fare served in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The company is expanding rapidly, and will open a number of new Yalla locations in California throughout 2016 and beyond. Yalla and Daphne’s California Greek strive to be a good community partners in all the places they call home, and regularly work with local charities and organizations to support this goal. Under the direction of CEO Dave Wolfgram, Mediterranean Cuisine Operating Company, LLC was founded in 2014 in Pleasant Hill, CA, where the corporate office is located, and is privately held and operated. We dish up fresh, vibrant fare inspired by the flavors and cultures we love. We prepare our food from scratch each morning–– chopping, dicing, spicing and zesting –– with local produce brought in at dawn.
