We’re all about speed and certainty of execution, and our process is designed to be flexible and efficient. As a private lender, all of YAM Capital’s loans are underwritten and processed internally, allowing us to offer an expedited approval process, competitive terms and loan structures that are highly customizable to meet the needs of our borrowers. We lend on all types of property, including specialty assets, and are not geographically constrained. Typical loans range from $2M to $50M+ with terms of the loan anywhere between six months to three years.
