Yan Maschke is a seasoned corporate executive, an award-winning executive coach, and author of the book “Leadership Unlocked: Unleash the Power of Your Body for Impact and Fulfillment” (available in Feb. Yan grew up in China and immigrated to the United States as a young adult. She spent most of her career leading strategy and execution with global cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 environments. Her work is informed by extensive experience in business P&L management, strategy, team development, and functional leadership. Her integrative leadership approach draws from the modern, the ancient, and life-long self-cultivation. She earned an M.B.A. from Michigan State University and an M.A. in International Relations from University of Northern Iowa. She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by International Coaching Federation (ICF) and she received the President's Award from ICF Cleveland chapter.
