Yancey Construction Services, LLC is located in Montgomery, AL and provides preconstruction, general contracting, and construction management services. Founded in 2015 by Chris Yancey, and purchased by Gordon Gaston in 2020, our mission is to provide superior construction services through integrity, innovation, problem solving, and responsiveness. Being a smaller company, Gordon is involved in the day-to-day operations, and ensures the successful outcome of your project. Working closely with the owner and design team, we focus on understanding the goals, design intent, and special features of the project. We will then make cost-effective recommendations and decisions from initial planning through construction. Whether you are in the conceptual stage or fully designed, Yancey can assist you in determining the best path for your project by providing: fully detailed estimates, value engineering, constructability reviews, material and systems cost analysis, scheduling, phasing, and logistics planning. Through effective communication and close coordination Yancey will manage: bid preparation, permits and inspections, project management, cost control, supervision, scheduling, quality control, safety and infection control, punch list, warranty, and close-out. We offer our clients a one-stop shop managing and building their project.
