The company's current owners, purchased their first property at age 17, and went on to own upwards of 100 residential properties throughout their investment career and over 50 at one time. They also made mistakes, many, but it's these lessons that are applied in the way they now sell and manage property more effectively. As such, Yandina Realty is focused to address these shortcomings through good old fashioned main street service, but also to maximise investment returns for owners while trying to eliminate the often time consuming and stressful nature of property ownership.
