YANG & Associates is an authorized intellectual property agency founded by Ms. Yang with her partners in Shanghai since earlier 2009. She commenced her patent practice since 1998 when she joined a subsidiary company of Tai-E in Shanghai as a patent engineer. She was admitted as Chinese patent agent in 2002. Before she joined Thomson's R&D center in Beijing as a senior patent counsel and became one member of Thomson's IP & L world wide operation, she had served as a freelance patent translator for many large firms in Beijing. In Thomson’s IP & L China operation, she was an active member of the team, which mainly focus on providing patent service within China, as well as supporting licensing business in patent part. In 2007, she returned to Shanghai and engaged as the general manager of Wei Yuan Patent Agent Co, Ltd, thereafter, she established Yang & Associates with other two secnior partners. The firm aims to work for both local enterprises and individuals and overseas clients for their patent matters not only presenting in China, but also outbound from China. We'd successfully helped people patent their innovation in various contries.
