Yani Advisors shares its commonness with the founders of LRNS CONSULTING. LRNS was incorporated as an LLP in 2016 in Bengaluru. We are a team of professionals having worked across various sectors & handled clients of various sizes which include some of the Fortune 500 Companies. We cater the requirements of large and medium sized business houses in the specialized sectors of Financial Accounting and Reporting, Secretarial Compliances (Company Law, LLP Laws, FEMA, SEBI) and Taxation (Direct, Indirect and International Tax). Since obtaining specialized services is expensive for medium and small sized organizations we aim to deliver these expert services at a cost-efficient price, where the benefits outgrow the cost of services.
