Yantra Capital is a private capital platform focused on the moments before capital should be deployed. We work with founders, operators, and partners where scientific, technical, regulatory, or structural complexity makes premature capital destructive. Our role is not to accelerate funding, but to determine when funding is actually warranted. Yantra is built around one principle: Clarity must precede capital. Through early embedded work, often long before formal financing events, we help shape governance, strategic focus, and capital pathways so that when capital does enter a company, it does so with purpose, timing, and structural integrity. Yantra is not a venture capital firm. It is a capital‐event planning and sequencing platform.
