Yapalong
Previously known as Nautic Devices, Yapalong is the maker of fully duplex radios that can be used like a cellphone to talk and listen simultaneously. Its network allows up to 14 talkers and unlimited listeners for sports, industrial operations, military, first responders and more. Compared to its competitors, it excels at range, sound quality and bypassing obstruction, and it requires no base station or master unit. Yapalong uses 900 MHz band with a performance far superior to its 2.4 G competitors. It is an approved device for the Texas Association of Sports Officials (TASO) and is also FIFA-inspected. Aside from sports, it is currently in use by multiple governments including the United States and Canada, several film projects, seaside operations and firework display events.
