Yard-RPM is a Refit Protocol Manager, where vessels easily can create job cards and collate them in refit projects. Each project can easily - just by a few clicks - be sent out for quoting to several yards at the same time. All shipyards can login and upload their technical descriptions and commercial offers. Yard-RPM offers the easiest platform to compare and select offers. This includes a risk analysis of omitted items and their costs. All to be presented in a simple and logical format. During a project the technical team can easily add progress notes and photos, to be extracted easily for e.g. weekly reports. Vessel and Yard can easily create and present additional works (Variations to Contract - VTCs) to be quoted online with formal secure online approval system for vessel and management. To close the project there is a simple and complete format for commissioning documentation and online signatures.
