YARDO CIC is a not-for-profit company based in Ealing, West London. We create therapeutically informed programmes for SMEs, grassroots groups and voluntary sector organisations. We bridge the gap between clinical expertise and community practice, offering accessible, research-led training and wellbeing initiatives grounded in mindfulness and counselling. Our facilitators are accredited, quality-assured professionals, selected for their clinical excellence, compassion and anti-oppressive experience. YARDO’s work is supported by a blend of grants, commissions, and in-kind contributions. We are proud to have been initially funded by Green & Co Charity Ltd. and Acton Gardens Community Chest, whose early support helped establish our foundation for community-based therapeutic innovation.
